Tools on a website, newspaper ads, driving around the location you want to be in is great. When approaching the real estate market, like anything else, it’s important to get as much information as you can. Self-searches and automated searches are a good tool for keeping you attuned to the market whether buying or selling.

As a realtor for you as a buyer, I use these tools and in addition, I stay absolutely on top of the market and know what’s out there, usually before the auto searches can get to you. That’s so important in today’s buyer’s culture of such little inventory. Also know that realtor’s searching tools are much more finely tuned than those available to the public. But finding the home is just the tip of the iceberg. I will serve as your navigator, negotiator, coordinator and problem solver.

As a realtor for you as a seller, You will be completely represented and details will be finely tuned, targeted for solid results. I direct my efforts to create smooth as silk transactions for my clients. Bumpy roads happen, and my goal is to make sure my clients don’t feel them, but are completely informed of the process.

I became a realtor in 1999, after running my business, Venture International for 9 years in downtown Seattle. Prior to that, I was Vice President, Operations for Camera’s West for eleven years. I have served on the board of directors for the Seattle International Trade Center, Seattle World Trade Club and served as a member of the World Affairs Council. I currently serve on the Windermere Standards of Practice committee and on the Board for the Dunn Gardens Historical Trust. I teach two classes for Windermere Real Estate Agents: Marketing Upscale Properties and Standards of Practice.

I’m a Realtor because I view each aspect of the profession as exciting. Listening to the dreams, wishes and needs of my clients and making it happen works for me. I’m about seeing possibilities, enjoying people and continually discovering my city’s changes and emerging neighborhoods.

Now the ask: Please give me a call and we can talk about working together on your next real estate move!

You can “Live in the View!”
